We suggest that you state a low value ( 10 Euros/USD not 0 ) and include a statement " The value shown is for Customs purposes only - goods no charge " You must receive our written permission before sending samples. All shipments sent to a company are subject to customs duty and customs release charges - therefore unauthorised shipments will be refused and returned to sender.
